Each application will include the following which must be submitted
as ONE PACKAGE:

1. The completed two-page application
2. A transcript indicating a cumulative GPA of 3.0 of above (on a 4.0 scale)
3. A short TYPED essay. You may review the question here when the program opens on November 1st.
